Teen mom

My thoughts on this season of teen mom. My favorite has to be Catilynn. I know she gave her daughter up, but she still loves her so much, and thinks about her constantly. My second favorite is Maci. Yes, her and Ryan still have some issues to work out, but she's trying to make her relationship with Kyle work. I've seen Kyle work with Bentely more then Ryan, he seems to really love Bentely more, and him and Maci have went through a lot. Now to the two I don't care for. Farrah, has went through a lot. I hate that she has to go through all of this with out her boyfriend. I hate that Sophia has to grow up with out her biological father, and that Farrah gets talked about because how she's leaving Sophia behind while she goes to better herself, personally and betters her education. No, I wouldn't be able to do it, unless my college was really close to my parents, but I couldn't move out of state, but I would be being totally selfish. And Farrah isn't being selfish, she's wanting to make things better, and I'm proud of her! Amber has a lot of growing up to do, in my opinion. She says she's changed, and I hope she has. She uses so much horrible language, in front if Leah, was really violent with Gary, in front of Leah, and a kid doesn't need to be around that.

I would love to see Kyle and Maci get married, and have a family. They would make beautiful babies! In the future of course. Catilynn and Tyler made a beautiful girl. And I think once they get everything figured out with how the adoption and finish college and get married, I think they will make a great family.

Well Im done with my opinions. :)) I'm not judging, just thought I'd put my opinions out in the open, and see what everyone else thinks. :)

Just a Rant...

My Stay At home Mom dream has been lived! I love it don't get me wrong, I love being here with Elijah and being able to take care of him, and watch him grown and watch him learn. I love keeping the house clean, so Matthew can come home and see a clean house! But, we need the extra money, and this STHM is on the mission to find her a job! I found one and got it, but turned it down! I know, but it would have been full time and I wouldn't have been able to take Elijah. Which scared me, and made me super sad! So, now I either want a part time job and he can stay with a friend a few times a week or a part time job that I can take him with me! It's totally possible, and I'm going to show you all I can do it! I want to be able to have the savings account to where we don't have to worry, are we going to be able to have a good Christmas, is Elijah going to have a good birthday? If I have to go home for a medical emergency can we do it? I don't want to have to stress and worry about things like that. It's uncalled for, when I'm perfectly able to work! Yes, we could cut out some spending here and there, and to be perfectly honest, we have been doing good. We went home and that messed our budget up really bad! So, no more trips anywhere until Next May! I know it's a long time, but my mom and dad are coming for Elijah's first birthday, my two uncles are coming as long as everything looks ups for my nana, and Matthew's family is susspoed to make a trip out after the first of the year... So, and our families have to relaize, we aren't the only ones that are going to go out of our way to come see them, it has to be a two way street. Since Matthew has been in the Air Force we have made... 6 trips to Georgia, and one trip to Virgina! It's not easy one an A1C pay! I'm sure they understand that, but instead of saying Oh, I'm sorry... How about do something about it! I'm excited because Matthew's sister, Sarah and her husband and there new baby are going to try and come out and see us! Now, if they can't make it, we totally understand! But, if they can, they are just showing us how much they want to come out here and how much they are going to try! :)

Well other then that small rant, all is well in the Flippen household. We have a new memeber, her name is Kodi! She's our "watch dog" She's so sweet! I love having her around! Once I get back into taking pictures, I will get some good ones of her. :) Well, thanks for listening to me rant and rave.. :) I figured it had been a while, and I needed to update you all!

Elijah will be 10 months old tomorrow, and the little pumpkin is walking, mostly crawling, and is Mr. Independant! :) I love it! He's so smart! He knows No, Mama, Dada, Nana, Papa, Kodi, Eat, Milk, Hey, Bye.. Not how to say them but what they mean lol! :) He's getting so big! His birhtdya is in 2 short months! My little baby isn't going to be a baby for long! :)

Horrible Time

This Vacation had been nothing like I expected. I never expected to cry as much as I have. I never expected to be as mad as I have. Being with family really shows you a different side of yourself. This paragraph was written while in Georgia. I never finished it.

Now that we are on our way home with our sweet princess, Kodi, our little prince Elijah, and all of our stuff, I'm already feeling stress free. We are actually almost to our over night stop. We are so thankful that our friend, Amanda Kamuf, her parents take us in like we are her kids. They adore Elijah. They only have one grandbaby, and she's 16 months old, and Elijah 9 months, so they get to love on both of them when they come up to Whiteman to visit there daughter.

The last day we were in Georgia, or the last night, Matthew truly showed me he loved me more then anyone, other then our son. But I got really upset at dinner and he came after me, and I just cried in his arms. He reassured me that everything would be ok, and not to worry, and to stop stressing. I'm not even kidding, the entire week we were at his parents house I cried about every other day/night! It was so crazy! I don't know how to relax much anymore. My mind is constantly going, thinking of what needs to be done, thinking of my son, thinking of what hasn't been done, thinking what I can do better to be a better mom, thinking, especially when I'm away from my son, what he's doing, is he eating anything off the floor, is he getting into trouble. I'm weird and I think too much, I know lol!

But, now that we are much closer to Whiteman, much closer to being on our schedule, much closer to friends, makes me happy. Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with family, I love Elijah being able to spend time with his grandparents, and I still want to live there at Robins AFB, bc if I loves there I would limit my visits to our parents. It would not be an every night/day thing.

This Christmas we will not be going to Georgia, nor will we be going home for thanksgiving. This is the first year, out of 4 years that Matthew and I will be able to spend Christmas together, as a family, finally! We will not be going home again until his best friends wedding in May, yes, it stinks, but my family is coming up for Elijahs first birthday in October, and my mom said she will send a box of Christmas gifts for Elijah :) She's pretty sad that she won't see her little man until he's a year and a half, but she talks to him on a daily basis anyways. :)

But, I'm pretty excited for my little princes birthday! He's growing up, and it excites me. He gets better each month, and easier. :) lol we are still waiting for him to take his first step forward. He took a step sideways unsupported earlier this week. So we have a feeling it will happen soon.

Well I guess I'll stop this update. Hope you've read a lot, and learned more about me. :)

Living it up

Things happen for a reason. I thought I wanted a job, and I did everything to get one, called around, put in applications, talked to directors at daycares, because that's where I wanted to work, I even had an interview, it went great, the directory called and offered me a job, a job I thought I wanted, what I really wanted was to be happy, and a job cannot offer the happiness I need. Only God can offer it. I'm glad I saw that before I got way to far in. I'm not entirely sure where I need to be in my life right now, but I know I need to be home, with my son, and my husband. I know I need to on a better path with God, and I'm going to start doing things more, like reading my bible more, praying more, being more positive. I want to be here for my friends, in a way that I don't think I have been. I want to be there ear when they need to talk, there shoulder when they need a good cry, arms when they need a hug. I want to be a wonderful mother. I want my son to be proud of me. Sorry if this is all weird and came out of no where, but its how I feel. God has relieved a lot to me, and things will and are changing in my home and in life, just not everything, but its a work in progress. :) da

The love of Friends

A friend and I were talking to another friend about the problems we have encountered during our friendship, and our breaks. It got me thinking how much she means to me. Amanda, is my best friend. She is my sister. We are totally different, but that is what brings us together, that and the fact that our babies are 6 weeks apart. We do have some things in common. Matthew and her have come a long way. After our last break, he just wanted nothing to do with her, and wanted me to have nothing to do with her, but they have over come things and now are like brother and sister. They are a lot alike. They like most of the same things, they both love me ;) She has made me think a lot being her friend. We have differnt veiws, as our faith goes, but thats not going to keep me from being her friend. I love her entirely too much. She is my photographer, she's my kitchen cleaner, she's my pick me up, she always knows when something is bothering me, she never leavees me house without making me laugh, she always hugs me when I need a hug. She lets me cry on her shoulder, she considers my parents to be hers, she can't wait to meet my family and do family pictures! This lady is simply amazing.
We have had out fights, and breaks, we thought there was no minding to be done. We thought we could live without each other, now that they might be pcsing next year, we ask ourselves how can we live without each other. We know it will be really difficult, but thank God for webcams, facebook, email, texting and cell phones to call each other! It will be different without my sister in my life, considering she has only been in my life for less then 2 years, we were apart for 4 months and now have been back together for almost 6 months!
I never thought I could get so close to someone in just a few months, but she really understands me. She helps me when I need it wheater it be money wise, emotionally, or if I need a baby sitter or some time alone. This woman derserves so much better then me. I wish I could give her half of what she's done for me. All I can do is pray that God blesses her so much, and gives her, her two girls and her husband a great and fulfilled life!

Now, that I'm done with that,.. I wanted to share some photos of Elijah. He's changed so much! Here you go! :)
